Covid-19 – alternative methods of dispute resolution

The Covid-19 pandemic is a human and social crisis. It has also disrupted contractual relationships in unique and unforeseen ways. Meanwhile, the ordinary functioning of the courts has been interrupted. We examine how mediation may provide an alternative to litigation to help resolve a dispute or get a commercial relationship back on track in these uncertain times.
