SEC Removes Duhnke as PCAOB Chair, Intends to Replace all Current PCAOB Members

On June 4, 2021, the SEC announced that it has removed William D. Duhnke III from the PCAOB and has designated Duane M. DesParte to serve as Acting Chair, effective immediately. The SEC also intends to replace the entire slate of all five board members.
