Investment Association focuses in on climate change and diversity

The Investment Association has published its updated statement of shareholder priorities to help listed companies to understand the key areas that investment managers deem to be critical drivers of long-term value for companies in 2022. The latest statement emphasises the importance of climate change, diversity, audit quality and engagement and also builds on the IA’s 2022 Principles of Renumeration which set out investment managers’ expectations on the executive pay and pensions of listed company directors.
