Singapore, China - Pitfalls of an ambiguous arbitration clause: Singapore Court of Appeal provides guidance

These questions arose in the context of a challenge to an arbitral tribunal’s jurisdiction (BNA v BNB and another [2019] SGCA 84 (“BNA”)).
