UK – Temporary provisions for general meetings affected by COVID-19 extended to 30 December

Measures introduced by the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, to assist UK companies and other entities that need to hold members’ meetings and to protect businesses from insolvency during the pandemic period, have been extended by the Government.
