Financial Services regulators’ joint approach to D&I

The FCA, PRA and Bank of England recently published a discussion paper on their plans to monitor, track and improve diversity and inclusion in regulated firms. 

In this note we consider the proposals, look at how they align with the wider regulatory focus on conduct and culture and outline some of the potential practical implications for firms.
