Government confirms plans for shake-up of UK prospectus regime

The UK government has set out its plans for the reform of prospectuses following the Prospectus Regime Review, which it carried out during 2021. The review was a response to one of the recommendations of the Hill Review of the listing regime, which focused on ways to enhance the attractiveness of the UK capital markets and adopt a more flexible framework following the UK’s exit from the EU.
