Queen’s Speech 2022: What are the corporate implications?

The Queen’s Speech was delivered last week, setting out the UK Government’s proposed legislative agenda for the current parliamentary season. Particular areas of interest relating to corporate law include Companies House reforms to help it become a more active gatekeeper over company information, and corporate governance reforms in a draft Audit Reform Bill.
