SEC Announces Largest Ever Whistleblower Award, of $114 Million

On October 22, 2020, the SEC announced its largest individual whistleblower award ever, of more than $114 million, under the whistleblower program established by the Dodd-Frank Act. It is more than the double the second largest individual award of $50 million.
