SEC to Allow E-Signatures in Authentication Documents

On November 17, 2020. the SEC adopted amendments that will allow the use of electronic signatures when executing authentication documents in connection with many documents filed with the SEC. The rule changes will be effective immediately upon publication in the Federal Register (which should happen within a few weeks).
