UK Secondary Capital Raising Review

On 19 July 2022, the UK Secondary Capital Raising Review (SCRR) was published. The SCRR makes a series of recommendations to improve capital raising processes for London listed issuers. Some of the recommendations, if adopted in full, should create greater flexibility for convertible bond issues by London listed issuers.
