EBA finalises its controversial RTS on the calculation of the “Class 1” (EUR30bn) threshold

The EBA has recently published its final draft RTS which sets out how to calculate the thresholds which determine whether or not EU investment firms constitute “Class 1” investment firms following the introduction of the new EU prudential regime for investment firms.
