New law on the protection of whistleblowers

The Law of 16 May 2023 (the “Law”) transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law (the “Directive”) was published on 17 May 2023 in the Journal Officiel. The Law is expected to come into force on 21 May 2023.
