Linklaters advises ECE European Prime Shopping Centre Fund II on the purchase of two shopping centres - Atrium Felicity in Lublin and Atrium Koszalin
The Warsaw office of Linklaters has advised ECE European Prime Shopping Centre Fund II, a fund managed by ECE Real Estate Partners on the purchase of two shopping centres - Atrium Felicity in Lublin and Atrium Koszalin - from Atrium European Real Estate Limited. The value of the transaction, which closed on 9 July 2019, totals EUR 298 million. Atrium Koszalin is a shopping and entertainment centre operational since 2008. Its retail and service area covers over 58,000 sq m. Atrium Felicity has been in use since March 2014 and holds around 77,000 sq m of retail space.
The overall transaction-related work was supervised by Real Estate partner Janusz Dzianachowski with the support of Jędrzej Pałka who was responsible for the deal’s execution. Included in the core team was Real Estate junior associate Małgorzata Szafrańska. Banking & Finance managing associate Joanna Gawlicka, associate Agata Brzózek and junior associate Michał de Białynia Woycikiewicz advised on the financing of the deal. Senior associate Wojciech Podlasin and associate Barbara Wanat provided competition law advice.
