Standard listed companies brought into climate disclosure regime

The Financial Conduct Authority has confirmed that climate-related disclosure requirements under the Listing Rules will be extended to issuers of standard listed shares and of Global Depositary Receipts representing equity shares. The widening of this reporting requirement is expected to affect nearly 250 additional listed companies.
