ESMA’s finalised supervisory guidance on MiFID II/MiFIR market data obligations

ESMA has published its final report on Guidelines on the MiFID II/MiFIR obligations on market data focusing on the requirements to publish market data on a reasonable commercial basis (RCB) and to make market data available free of charge 15 minutes after publication (delayed data). The Guidelines will apply from 1 January 2022.
