In what has been another bumper month in the Asia tech space, Artificial Intelligence, data exports and cybersecurity continue to drive the regulatory agenda in the region. This is reflected in the focus we are seeing from our clients in their businesses and the projects we are advising them on, be it appropriately papering intra-group transfers of personal data within the region and globally, the commercial and regulatory implications of deploying AI, or the ever increasingly challenging cyber landscape.
