Regulators have continued to play a pivotal role in enforcement and engagement, with an increased number of public consultations, guidance notes and rulings issued recently. We have been advising clients on navigating these new developments. This month, I spoke on cross-border IP licensing at the Licensing Executive Society Thailand's Annual Conference, and began my term on the International Trademark Association's Data Protection Committee.
