SEC Publishes Spring 2022 Regulatory Flexibility Agenda

The SEC has published its Spring 2022 regulatory flexibility agenda, which lists short- and long-term regulatory actions that the SEC plans to take. The SEC is not required to abide by the agenda, and in past years, many dates in the agenda have been missed, and sometimes a listed rulemaking is never proposed or adopted. This article outlines the main subject matters covered by the agenda and sets out the key dates relevant to listed companies.
