Deadlines for the filing requirements of Luxembourg national identification numbers approaching

Following the introduction of the requirement to file the Luxembourg national identification number (the “LNIN”) of natural persons registered with the Luxembourg register of commerce and companies (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés) (the “RCS”) in 2024, the Luxembourg Business Registers (the “LBR”) has announced 30 September 2025 (included) as the end of the transitional period.
