Linklaters advises Syrena Real Estate on the sale of its first PRS project to Xior Student Housing

Linklaters has advised Syrena Real Estate, a Warsaw-based investment and management real estate company, on the sale of its first PRS project to Xior Student Housing NV, a Belgian public company specializing in the student housing sector.

The building, located in Warsaw’s Wola district at the intersection of Goleszowska and Wolska Streets, was purchased by Syrena Real Estate from Dantex Holding in 2022. After completion of finishing work, it was commercialized, offering 400 sqm of commercial space on the ground floor and featuring 117 modern, fully furnished and air-conditioned apartments.

The transaction was led by Bartosz Boenigk (associate), supported by Aleksandra Mielniczuk (associate) and Barbara Smulska from the Warsaw real estate practice.

Janusz Dzianachowski (national managing partner) supervised the transaction.
