Maurice Demeyer

Maurice is an Associate in the firm's Banking practice, with experience advising both banks and corporate clients on a broad range of cross-border and domestic financings. His work covers acquisition finance, fund financing, margin lending and general corporate lending.

 

Maurice also has experience working on debt capital markets and high yield transactions, as well as advising on the regulatory aspects of financial technologies. He joined the firm’s Brussels office in 2019 and relocated to London in 2023, where he regularly works with English, Belgian and international clients.
