Omar Cutuna

Omar is an associate in the Banking and Finance practice in Stockholm.

His experience includes advising on complex finance and restructuring matters, such as large-scale leveraged finance, acquisition finance, structured finance, real estate finance and general bank lending.

Omar has represented a broad range of market participants, including lenders, borrowers, agents and trustees, in secured and syndicated loan transactions, bond issuances and other debt capital market transactions. Omar has also advised on financial regulatory matters, including the regulation of banks and funds and related compliance issues.

Omar holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Stockholm University.

Omar speaks Swedish, English, Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.
