Linklaters advises Carroll International Investments on the sale of Havi Distribution Center to FLE GmbH

Linklaters has advised Carroll International Investments, a company developing a European infrastructure of cold and dry storage warehousing facilities, on the sale of Havi Distribution Center to FLE GmbH.

Havi Distribution Center is a modern logistics asset located in Żerań, Warsaw. It offers a gross leasable area of 12,800 sqm and includes extensive cold storage facilities. The property is fully leased to Havi, a supply chain management company.

The transaction was led by Adriana Andrzejewska (counsel) and Ewa Sinkiewicz (managing associate), with essential support from and Aleksandra Mielniczuk (associate) from the Warsaw Real Estate practice. Michał Nocoń (co-head of tax) advised on the tax aspects.
