Linklaters launches third edition of the Making Links Europe programme

Linklaters has launched the third edition of the Making Links Europe programme, an innovative initiative aimed at bridging the gap between university and the professional world for law students from underrepresented groups.

Following the success of the first two editions, which involved 24 law students and 8 Linklaters offices across Europe, the third edition will continue to provide valuable opportunities for the next generation of legal professionals.

The Making Links Europe programme offers law students the chance to attend lessons on technical topics, market trends, and soft skills as well as experiencing a summer internship in an international law firm. Participants have the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in a stimulating and international environment while they are still studying, allowing them to start building their international network early in their careers.

Designed to help talented university students from underrepresented groups succeed in their early careers, the Making Links Europe programme supports the development of technical and professional skills while building strong commercial fluency and a global outlook.

By providing law students with practical experience and essential skills, the Making Links Europe programme continues to fulfil its mission of ensuring that the legal sector is truly representative and inclusive with equal access to opportunity, supporting and fostering the development of well-rounded, successful legal professionals who are prepared to excel in the global market.
