Bénédicte de Moras

Bénédicte is a Managing Associate (Knowledge) in the firm’s Capital Markets practice of the Paris office.

Bénédicte joined Linklaters' Capital Markets team in January 2018 having previously spent four years in the Capital Markets and Corporate teams of two international law firms in Paris and, prior to that, two years in Linklaters' Capital Markets team in Paris.

Recent significant transactions include:

• The arrangers, dealers and issuers: advising on updates of and drawdowns under EMTN Programmes (Danone, Schneider Electric SE, Publicis Groupe, EssilorLuxottica, Société du Grand Paris, La Banque Postale Home Loan SFH...).\

• The banks: advising on several stand alone bond issues of Bouygues.

• The banks and some issuers: advising on ESG aspects, Prospectus Regulations, listing, corporate authorisations, etc.
  Bénédicte has also been seconded on several occasions to the capital markets teams in the legal departments of banks.
