Overview
Bénédicte is an associate in the Capital Markets team in Paris and a member of the Paris Bar.
Bénédicte advises both issuers and banks in debt and equity capital markets transactions. Her experience includes initial public offerings (IPOs), right issues, bond issues under EMTN programmes, standalone issues and issues of convertible and exchangeable bonds.

Prior to joining Linklaters in July 2023, Bénédicte acquired experience in the Capital Markets team at the Paris office of a Tier 1 international law firm.
