Overview

Charlotte specialises in European and German antitrust law, with a focus on cartel proceedings, compliance, abuse control and merger control.  She represents clients before the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office as well as before European and German courts.

 

Professional experience

Charlotte joined Linklaters as an Associate in 2023. Previously, she worked for the firm in different functions, first as a Research Assistant and later as a Legal Trainee.

Education and qualifications

Charlotte studied law with a focus on competition law at the University of Bonn and at the University of Bologna (Italy). In 2022, she was awarded the legal doctorate (Dr. iur.) for her research dedicated to start-ups in the digital sector.

During her legal traineeship, Charlotte worked, inter alia, at Linklaters in New York City (USA).

She speaks German, English, French and Italian.
