  • AG Real Estate and Cardif Lux Vie: advising on the divestment of a portfolio of nursing homes in Germany.
  • Blackstone: advising on the acquisition and sale of numerous logistics assets and portfolios.
  • BNP Paribas REIM: advising on the acquisition of the office buildings “HanseAtrium" in Hamburg and "Signaris" in Frankfurt.
  • CapitaLand Commercial Trust (CCT): advising the first and largest commercial REIT listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading on the acquisition of the office building “Main Airport Center” in Frankfurt.
  • CBRE Investment Management: advising on the acquisition of a portfolio of 1,350 residential units in Germany from Vonovia for €560m, on the acquisition of a residential portfolio in Berlin with almost 1,200 apartments from Vonovia for €360m, the quarter "Bricks" in Berlin, the office buildings “Pontishaus” in Munich and the "Telekom Hauptstadtrepräsentanz" in Berlin as well as the mixed-use property "Residenz am deutschen Theater" in Berlin and an innovative, state-of-the-art residential project development at Südkreuz Berlin and further acquisitions.
  • Cerberus: advising on the acquisition of a 49-property portfolio (Rebound portfolio) from FMSW and the negotiations for a long-term lease agreement plan for Woolworth.
  • Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust (FLT), a Singapore REIT: advising on the acquisition of logistics and light industrial portfolios in Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
  • GARBE: advising on the acquisition of the seed portfolio for over €1bn for its newly launched pan-European logistics fund.
  • A Korean investor consortium led by Hanwha: advising on the sale of the Frankfurt highrise building “Gallileo” by way of a share deal.
  • Quantum: advising on the acquisition of several residential and logistics properties.
  • Tishman Speyer: advising on the letting of the highrise buildings "OMNITURM" and “Taunusturm” in Frankfurt and further leases inter alia in Hamburg.

Professional experience

Hannes joined Linklaters in 2016 and became Managing Associate in 2020, based in Frankfurt.

Education and qualifications

Hannes studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg (Germany) and Leiden (Netherlands).

Hannes speaks German, English and Dutch.
