Overview
Juliane advises national and international companies on all questions of individual and collective employment law. This includes, in particular, advice on workforce changes, restructurings, staff reductions and questions of works constitution law.
Work highlights
- Carrier Global Corporation: advising on (i) advising on the US$4.95bn sale of its security business to Honeywell, (ii) the US$1.425bn sale of its Industrial Fire business and (iii) the sale of substantially all of the assets of Kidde-Fenwal, Inc. and certain contributed assets to an affiliate of Pacific Avenue.
- Triton: advising on the sale of EQOS to Eiffage Énergie Systèmes.

Juliane has been practicing law at Linklaters since 2023.
Education and qualifications
Juliane studied law at the University of Münster and the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Brazil). She also completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Catholic University of Portugal.
She speaks German, English and Portuguese.
