Laura advises national and international companies on all questions of individual and collective employment law. This includes, in particular, advice on workforce changes, restructurings, staff reductions and questions of works constitution law.
Work highlights
- Carrier Global Corporation: advising on the sale of its global commercial refrigeration business to its long-time joint venture partner Haier for US$775m, including approximately US$200m of net pension liabilities.
- iCON Infrastructure: advising on the acquisition of Alliance Medical.
