We are a full-service team with the expertise and capacity to provide a “one-stop-shop” by delivering efficient project management of the transaction and English law advice with coordinated local counsel assistance throughout the entire deal cycle. We work on a daily basis closely together with the best local law firms in the region to build perfectly tailored solutions for our clients. Where local counsel are appointed on a transaction, we can act as the central coordinator for all advice, distilling local input into final work products and incorporating management of local counsel’s fee updates and billing processes into our central coordinating role.
