Webinar: The ISDA Master Agreement and Clause Library revolution

Linklaters > nakhoda and ISDA hosted a live webinar on 9 February 2021 to showcase the integration and drafting of the ISDA Clause Library into the digital versions of the ISDA Master Agreements on ISDA Create.

The launch of the digital versions of the 2002 and 1992 ISDA Master Agreements with related elections of the ISDA Clause Library on ISDA Create is a landmark move in our industry and a key part of ISDA’s digital strategy that will bring greater efficiency, transparency and automation to the negotiation process.
