Overview

Felice is an associate in our Belgian employment and incentives practice. She advises clients on a wide range of complex individual and collective employment law matters including employment aspects of M&A transactions, workforce restructurings, collective bargaining, employment of executives and optimisation of employee benefits. She has also built a  particular expertise in whistleblowing legislation and was involved by the roll out of several international clients’ whistleblowing project and policies. 

Felice has also published several newsletters aiming at keeping clients involved about the latest developments in the field of HR. Recently, she was also interviewed by HR.square on internal mobility covering topics such as unilateral modification of working conditions, positive discrimination and transparent and predictable working conditions.  

Professional experience

Prior to joining Linklaters in 2022, Felice worked for another global law firm for 3 years.

Education and qualifications

Felice studied law at Ghent University and at the University of Copenhagen in the framework of the Erasmus Program. She holds an LL.M. degree in international business law from The London School of Economics.

Felice works in Dutch, English and French.
