Overview
Nicole specialises in syndicated lending, acquisition and project finance with a current focus on the new reference rates and the various forms of sustainable lending.
She has particular expertise in Sustainable Finance, is a member of the firm's ESG team and coordinates the German ESG knowhow.
Professional experience
Nicole joined the Linklaters Banking practice in 2002 and became a Managing Associate in 2004. Since 2006 she has been predominantly engaging in knowledge matters. In her knowledge function, she became a Senior Associate in 2016 and a Counsel in 2023.
Education and qualifications
Nicole studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Hamburg, where she obtained a German PhD degree ("Dr").
She holds a Diplôme Supérieur de Droit Comparé of the University of Strasbourg and an LL.M. of the London School of Economics.
She speaks German, English and French.Published works
