Rhéa is specialised in acquisition and investment grade financings, including LBOs and debt restructurings. She acts for lenders, financial sponsors and borrowers.

Work highlights

Rhéa’s recent experience includes advising:

  • the mandated lead arrangers in relation to the financing of the public offer by Schneider Electric of Aveva, a UK listed company, which was awarded French deal of the year by Global Capital
  • the global co-ordinators on the refinancing of Casino’s existing debt facilities by a term loan B, senior secured notes and revolving credit facility
  • Teleperformance SE on the financings of the acquisitions of Health Advocate, the Intelenet Group, Language Line Services Limited and Language Line Solutions LLC and on their first sustainability linked revolving facilities
  • the mandated lead arrangers on the financing of the acquisition by Lactalis of the natural cheese dairy products in the US, the grated natural cheese dairy products in Canada and the natural cheese dairy products and processed cheese products outside the US and Canada of the Kraft Heinz Company

Education and qualifications

Rhéa holds a graduate degree in law, a post-graduate degree in Business law (DEA) and a post-graduate degree in European business law (DESS) from Panthéon-Assas University.

Rhéa has recently written an article on “Sustainable Finance: the development of sustainability linked loans” published in the French legal publication Revue Lamy Droit des Affaires.
