The significant change of the Belgian restructuring landscape

On 20 March 2023, the draft proposals implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1023 concerning restructuring, insolvency and discharge of debt were submitted to the Belgian Federal Parliament. The long-awaited reform promises to significantly change the restructuring landscape in Belgium.
