Linklaters today announces that the global partnership has voted to extend Aedamar Comiskey’s and Paul Lewis’ terms as Senior Partner and Firmwide Managing Partner respectively until 2029.

Their terms were extended with overwhelming support following another year of record results, including the biggest year-on-year increase in profit in more than 20 years and significant revenue growth in the US.

Aedamar will continue as Senior Partner and Chair until 30 September 2029 and Paul will continue as Firmwide Managing Partner until 31 December 2029.

Aedamar Comiskey, Senior Partner and Chair:

“This is an exciting time for our firm. We have bold ambitions and everything we need to achieve them – the market’s top talent, the world’s leading clients and a brilliant culture of teamwork and high performance. Together we are driving transformational growth in the US and achieving exceptional results globally. I’m delighted to be extending my term as Senior Partner and to have the opportunity to build on the terrific momentum we have as a firm.”

Paul Lewis, Firmwide Managing Partner:

“Four years ago we set out a clear vision and strategy to put us in the strongest position to win the most complex, cross-border mandates for the world’s leading corporates, banks, funds and financial sponsors. With the hard work and commitment of our colleagues across our global network, we have made significant progress. This is reflected in our performance in industry league tables, rankings and awards, and another year of record financial results. I look forward to building on these strong foundations to continue to deliver the best for our clients as one global team.”
