Overview

Charlotte is a corporate partner with particular experience of advising corporates and financial institutions on a wide range of corporate transactions, including public to private transactions, IPOs and other equity capital markets transactions. She has been instructed on all sides of IPO and equity capital markets transactions, including by corporates, private equity funds, shareholders and underwriting banks. She also advises on general corporate matters including private and public M&A transactions.

She has developed longstanding relationships with corporate clients, who turn to her for general advisory guidance and, if required, crisis management advice.

Work highlights

Charlotte has advised on a wide range of significant equity capital markets and corporate and M&A transactions. These include advising:
