Germany - FRQ - Amendments to CRR2 in response to Covid-

The amendments to Regulations (EU) 575/2013 and (EU) 2019/876 (together "CRR2") in response to Covid-19 have taken their last legislative hurdles and have been published in the Official Journal of the European Union ("OJEU"). The specific amendments of CRR2 provide further regulatory relief to institutions and by that aim to ensure that the prudential regulatory framework interacts smoothly with the various measures that address the Covid-19 pandemic.
