Brexit Planning: Changes to UK Law

Since the end of the Brexit transition period, the UK has applied its own market abuse regime in parallel to the EU Market Abuse Regulation. UK MAR is designed to retain in the UK the same requirements and protections under EU MAR. But the way that the regimes interact means that some issuers will have to comply with two sets of rules and manage divergence between them.
