Smarter regulation: call for evidence and parliamentary enquiry on UK regulators

The Department of Business & Trade has published a call for evidence seeking views on UK regulators. This is part of the Government’s work on its “Smarter Regulation” agenda. Separately, the House of Lords Industry and Regulators Committee is also seeking views on UK regulators and how they are held accountable.
