Linklaters advises PAD-RES on financing for the construction of and investment in the Genowefa photovoltaic farm

Linklaters has advised PAD-RES, a Polish renewable energy developer owned by Pan-European investor Kajima Europe, private equity investor Griffin Capital Partners and Mariusz Adamczewski, on the financing of the construction of  a solar park project in Genowefa in the commune of Kleczewo, with a total capacity of 35 megawatts, as well as on certain construction and energy related aspects of this project. The financing will be provided by Santander Bank Polska S.A. and BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.
