Linklaters achieves highest level in ‘Thriving at Work’ assessment by City Mental Health Alliance Hong Kong

Linklaters has been awarded an accreditation mark of “Enhanced” by the City Mental Health Alliance Hong Kong (CMHA HK) in its Thriving at Work assessment 2022. As the first and only company in Hong Kong SAR to receive this highest ranking, it is a true testament to the firm’s continuous commitment to nurturing the physical and mental wellbeing of its employees.

The CMHA HK Thriving at Work assessment is curated to provide organisations with a framework to assess their progress towards developing a mentally healthy workplace and identify areas of improvement. “Enhanced” is the highest accreditation mark that can be awarded and requires organisations to meet over 91% of the standards set out in the CMHA’s Thriving at Work Guide. Despite multiple covid-19 outbreaks in Hong Kong, Linklaters’ dedication to maintaining a culture of openness and inclusivity in the workplace remained a key priority, particularly through fostering effective management practices.

Capital markets partner, Sherry Cui, commented:

“Linklaters receiving the highest level of accreditation in the CMHA Thriving at Work assessment makes me proud to work at a firm that approaches mental health in exactly the same way as physical health. We are very proud of this achievement and will continue to dedicate our efforts to creating a healthy environment where our people feel safe and comfortable.”
To support employees in delivering a ‘’best in class’’ service, Linklaters is committed to providing its people with the resources they need to manage their physical and mental health in the workplace as well as creating a culture of openness and inclusivity.
