Linklaters features in Financial Times’ 2023 Diversity Leaders List

Linklaters has been named in the Financial Times’ fourth annual list of Diversity Leaders in Europe. This is the fourth year running that the firm has featured in the ranking of inclusive businesses.

The List is compiled based on research assessing employees’ perceptions of companies’ success in promoting five aspects of diversity: gender balance, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity and disability. Financial Times readers, HR experts and recruiters are also invited to take part in the research.

Nik Kiri, Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partner at Linklaters, commented:

“Being a leader in diversity is an integral part of our vision and strategy – it is critical to helping us attract the best talent, drive innovation and deliver the best experience for our people and our clients. We are therefore very proud to have been named a Leader in Diversity by the FT for another year. It’s a reflection of the commitment and efforts of everyone across the firm who works to foster a diverse and inclusive culture at Linklaters.”

Paloma Fierro, Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partner at Linklaters, said:

“It’s fantastic to have Linklaters named an FT Leader in Diversity for the fourth year in a row. We are committed not only to creating an inclusive and diverse environment but sustaining it – making sure everyone feels they belong and supported in achieving their ambitions.”

Linklaters recently announced that it has introduced billable credit and recognition for contributions to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion under a new global policy.
