Andreas has specialised experience in relation to M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, corporate advice to companies (in particular stock corporations) and groups of companies, compliance and corporate litigation.

Andreas was listed in Wirtschaftswoche as “Top Lawyer for Corporate Law 2021” and in Kanzleimonitor 2019-2020 as recommended attorney for stock corporation and group of companies’ law as well as for corporate law.

• Bayer: advising on the sale of a large part of its small molecules research business located in Berlin to Nuvisan as well as on-going corporate law advice.  
• Deutsche Bank: on-going corporate and compliance advice of the Supervisory Board
• E.ON: advising on the takeover offer for the shares in innogy SE and on the spin-off and listing of Uniper SE.
• Porsche AG: advising on the acquisition of the remaining stake in MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH.
• Porsche Automobil Holding SE: advising on the acquisition of PTV Planung Transport Verkehr AG as well as on-going corporate and capital markets law advice.
• Qiagen: advising on the takeover by Thermo Fisher Scientific.
• thyssenkrupp: advice on the change of corporate form and the IPO of thyssenkrupp nucera AG & Co. KGaA as well as ongoing corporate and capital markets law advice.
• Volkswagen: advising on the preference share IPO of Porsche AG and the sale of 25% plus 1 share in the ordinary share capital of Porsche AG to Porsche SE; on the preparation of capital market readiness, the change of form and the IPO of TRATON; on the acquisition of all outstanding shares in Navistar by TRATON; as well as on-going corporate and capital markets law advice.

Andreas studied law at and holds a doctorate in law from Philipps-University Marburg, Germany.
