Overview

Arne is a Counsel based in Germany and has extensive experience in German corporate law, capital markets law and has defended a number of clients in litigious cases and proceedings initiated by German authorities. His clients include listed corporates in particular in the automotive, healthcare, and energy sectors.

  • advising thyssenkrupp AG on matters of stock corporation and capital markets law and defending the company in litigious proceedings;
  • advising E.ON SE on matters of stock corporation and capital markets law and in litigious proceedings;
  • defending HelloFresh SE in a litigious co-determination related matter;
  • advising Aareal Bank AG, Daimler AG, Deutsche Bank AG, Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA, Klöckner & Co. SE, RWE AG, Santander Bank AG, Sal. Oppenheim KGaA and Sixt Leasing SE on various matters of stock corporation and capital markets law.

Education and qualifications

Arne studied at the University of Münster and finished his First and Second Legal State Examination with honours. He also holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Düsseldorf.
