  • Merck on its new €2bn syndicated multicurrency revolving credit facility agreement
  • The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. in its capacity as coordinator and documentation agent in relation to a € 2 billion revolving credit facility agreement for innogy SE
  • The Senior Lenders’ Ad Hoc Committee on the financial restructuring of H.C. Starck Group
  • Continental AG on the refinancing of the € 4.5bn term loan and revolving credit facilities with a € 750m equivalent U.S.$ and Euro swingline option for Continental AG
  • A Luxembourg based debt fund as lender in relation to an acquisition by Ergon Capital Partners of the German based Sausalito's restaurant group, in relation to a secured unitranche and capital expenditure bond financing
  • EMERAM Capital GmbH as sponsor for an acquisition of the German and Austria based Hussel group in relation to secured unitranche and super senior revolving credit facility
