Jessica is a senior capital markets associate who advises major corporates and financial institutions on complex international capital markets transactions, including investment and sub-investment grade debt offerings, liability management transactions and restructurings and equity linked issuances. 

Jessica has spent time in the Transaction Management Group of Morgan Stanley and Co. plc and the Treasury, Capital Markets & Insurance department of British American Tobacco plc. She has also spent time in the Madrid and London offices. 

In addition to fee earning work, Jessica is an active coach for the Linklaters’ parental support scheme and a mentor for parents returning to work.

  • advising British American Tobacco on its treasury and balance-sheet management activities, including on numerous issuances off its SEC-registered shelf platform and EMTN platform
  • advising the global coordinators on the issue of convertible bonds convertible into ordinary shares by Trainline plc
  • advising the underwriters on the debut Tier 2 issuance by National Bank of Greece
  • advising Türkiye Ihracat Kedi Bankasi A.S. (Turk Eximbank) as issuer on the establishment of its GMTN Programme and on its subsequent issues
  • advising The Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China on its debut London listed standalone issuance of RMB 3bn
  • advising the global coordinators on the issue of convertible bonds convertible into ordinary shares by Ozon plc
