Véronique specialises in debt capital markets work such as debt issuance programmes, all kind of bonds issues (hybrid bonds, regulatory capital, Euro-PP), liability management deals and equity linked products. Véronique joined Linklaters in 2001, having previously spent two years with Credit Commercial de France (now HSBC) and three years with Société Générale.

  • the banks on the inaugural issue by The Republic of France (Agence France Trésor) of green bonds (€7bn 1.75% OAT due 2039) and on all other issuances by the Republic of France of its OAT with an international placement;the banks on the corporate hybrid bond issues by Danone, Casino, Guichard-Perrachon and Arkema;
  • the banks on regulatory capital of Crédit Agricole SA, Société Générale, Promontoria MMB, La Banque Postale and BPCE (senior non-preferred notes and T2); and
  • various banks on each issues of obligations foncières (covered bond) issued by CAFFIL and by CFF.

  • J.P. Morgan Securities plc on the €60,000,000 senior secured guaranteed Bonds due 2019 exchangeable into SMCP shares by European TopSoho Sàrl;
  • the banks on the €250,000,000 Bonds due 2022 convertible into new Shares and/or exchangeable for existing Shares (OCEANE) of Vallourec;
  • Rallye on its €200,000,000 Non-Dilutive Cash-Settled Bonds due 2022 Exchangeable into Casino shares;
  • the banks on the €99,999,969.24 Net Share Settled Undated Senior Unsecured Bonds Convertible into new shares (ODIRNAN) of Eramet;
